I think I’m OK on this but would like to get some additional opinions.

I want to change the name of a song that I copyrighted in 2004. I believe I’m OK on this as this should fall under derivative works … let me know if you think I’m wrong & why.

Also the new song title will contain a word that is trademarked. Yikes, I think I’m OK on this too since it should be easy to see that the lyrics of the song could relate to that trademarked word. Am I OK here too?
