FDP Forum / Fender Custom Shop / Cs relic strat setup?

First post so please be gentle, but maybe someone can help?
I've just picked up my first Fender Strat which is a limited edition cs relic strat 1960 made in 2007. It needs a setup but the saddle grub screws don't appear to be adjustable with Allan keys. I've also noticed that there appears to be a small amount of solder fixed to the grub screws on the high and low e strings.
Can anyone give me any pointers on this one?
Thanks in advance.
