I was in a shop a while back and they had a few of the D'Angelicos on the wall. They were all made very well and they played and sounded fantastic too.

What's your "good guy" price on that?

LeftRightOut,

I just bought a Princeton Reverb RI - the one with Surf Green/White tolex and a Celestion Greenback 10" in it...wow, what an amp! I'm selling a couple other nice amps because it's so good!

You could do a lot worse than the Princeton to plug your new jazzbox into.

Hey Rev

already got a Deluxe Reverb RI, and really like that yeah a princeton would be nice, but i'd be doubling up

thinking about a Marshall 1974X since i dont have one, so its on the maybe list at 18w way more than loud enough,

Did you even buy an amp for that guitar? What do you think of the Kent Armstrong pickups ... and are they USA or Korean made? Looking at the 335 D'Angelico in natural ... looks sweet...

"didn't end up getting the amp still on the to get list but other things came up(life got in the way)a few health issues."

Boy, do I understand that...no health issues, thankfully, but a daughter in college, and now she's engaged and anticipating a wedding this summer.

Took our '07 Santa Fe in (@ 73K miles on it) for an engine light check, and that's gonna cost me around $400 today, plus, when it hits 75K, you're supposed to do the timing belt/alternator/fluid flush, etc. - around $1,100 bucks!!! And this is from a mechanic I know and trust!

Life gets in the way of my gas...
