A friend has owned it since he was 14, when his dad bought it for him new.

It is in very good condition and played well.

I want it.

Back in the 70's my SIL gave me an old New Yorker that someone found in their attic. It was a mess. The binding was sprung, the neck lifted. It sat in the corner of my bedroom for years as decoration, until sometime in the 80's I took it to a guitar show. I was amazed that Gruhn snagged it from me for a couple hundred bucks. It wasn't until a few years later that I started wondering what I gave up.
