Okay, so what left-handed guitars or basses have you SOLD this year? I just sold a Carvin DC150 to a guy in NY who has also purchased two other Carvin's from me in the past.

(NOTE: THIS THREAD IS FOR ITEMS SOLD ONLY - PLEASE DO NOT LIST STUFF FOR SALE, OR YOU MAY GET YOUR FDP ACCOUNT CLOSED. SALES CAN ONLY BE OFFERED BY DONATING MEMBERS IN THE FOR SALE FORUM. THANKS!)

I haven't sold any left handed guitars since early last year, when two of my Rickenbackers found new homes.

My biggest problem is that whenever I start to let something go, I remember why I bought it in the first place.

I sold a beautiful Alvarez-Yairi acoustic/electric. It was a Bob Weir signature model, made of Koa. I hated to part with it, but I was laid off and needed to generate some cash flow. I sold it to a music store, and took a huge loss on it.

I sold my Yamaha 620AES (look for years old threads with me saying that one was a keeper!) and an Agile Harm. See other thread for replacements!

Wally, just remember our deal. I get the first crack on the 360 if and when you ever decide to part with it. :^)

I sold a Godin Exit 22 recently. I just never bonded with that guitar.

Godin Exit 22:

I tried one about 3 years ago. I returned mine (to FDP sponsor MF) because, like you, I just didn't bond with it. It was average in every respect, at a price where it seemed like it should have been a bit more above average.

I do remember that it came with the Cadillac (or should that be BMW?) of gig bags! Unreal! I was almost tempted to keep the guitar just because of the cool gig bag ... but a gig bag isn't worth $499! Even one that nice.

Yeah, the tone always seemed damped and muffled to me.

"Yeah, the tone always seemed damped and muffled to me."

Yep, perfect description of it's tone.

I just sold my 2002 American Series strat. I never bonded with single coil pickups. Plus, after two layoffs and a divorce in the last 4 years, I'm trying to get caught up with expenses.
