Not bad. I actually thought they were rice crisps when I purchased them. Turns out they are soy. Soy crisps are better than rice crisps. They're not so airy. The texture is better after chewing them.

Other than being a tad high in salt they seem to be fairly healthy. Very crispy, but not mar up your gums crispy. More of a light crispy.

I like the ranch flavor and cheddar flavor.

I can throw down a whole bag and not feel like I'm blowing my diet.

I recommend them for people watching their calories, fat, and grain content.

Probably no worse than other snack junk food, but please do not think of these concoctions as "healthy". We are in the midst of soy madness right now, and the "healthy soy" image is pushed by big agribiz. The site below is one of dozens I could link to.

My younger son loves them but I refuse to buy them as they are silly expensive for being, essentially, non-food items.
