Is there anything similiar to DBPoweramp for converting audio files on a Mac (i.e. FLAC to mp3) with encoding?

Also looking for a program that converts k/bps (i.e. 320kb/ps to 160kbps)?

I'm not interested in partitioning and adding Windows.

This is a program that seems to work with OSX up through 10.6.7 but I'm guessing that some of you know of better programs...
