Will do. I've been meaning to try one out and figure its worth buying a shorty instead of mutilating one.

I had a machinist make up a few of different sizes and shapes several years ago, but didn't bond with them.
Good luck with it!

Thanks for the info. I see they have an AmDlx style as well. Need one of them too.

I got one of those, and found I had to lean on it too hard to get it to move. Ended up getting the slightly shorter-than-normal one instead. Very happy.

Got it in today. After less than a minute I decided I'm gonna love this setup. I just love how it cups in the hand...perfect! I don't do tedious dives, just little wobbles and occasional Wicked Game type bend and yodels. I play with 11's and like a rigid trem so I don't thing I'll have any issues with angle/movement.

After seeing the Callaham ones, I chopped mine up myself. Took a hacksaw to it, then a propane torch to make the bend and slapped a new tip on (boiling water trick to soften it up). It's one of the best things I've ever done to a guitar!
I am also not a dive bomber... nice subtle stuff. The short arm sits in your hand comfortably!

When I got my Callaham bridge for my parts-o-caster I ordered the "medium-length" arm for it.
I like it a lot.

I bought the identical arm for my 95 AMSTD which has the long 6 inch standard arm that has always gotten in my way.
However once mounted, I lost a great deal of the easy fulcrum action that the longer arm provided and had to tug at it to make it sound the same.
I like the idea and the execution, but returned to the longer arm for the ease and tone of the longer arm.
