Hi,
My Rory Gallagher Strat arrived in flawless condition, but the pup selector switch was fixed with cross head screws and not slot head replacements as advertised.
A quick email to Fender UK, and a week later a set of replacement screws reached my door all the way from the Custom Shop.
It was only a minor detail, but Customer Service like that means a lot to me in this day and age.
Thanks guys.

I can't fault the workmanship - very high quality, but minor details like that bug me. It was sorted out quickly and with no fuss, which was great.
The guitar's currently in the hands of one of the UK's top Luthiers - something about the playability's been bugging me. Maybe she's just settling in to our climate (I imported her direct from a dealer in the States), but there's a lot of buzzing and some choking out of certain notes going on, although relief etc.'s all good.
Hopefully, he'll be able to work his magic over her....
She otherwise sounds divine, however :)
