It may well have been made at the Fender factory, but not as a factory production model. If it was made at the factory as claimed, it's probably an employee-built guitar. The big names allow their employees to construct their own guitars.

But the line about how the body was painted by an ex-CS employee makes me think the body was cut and sanded at the factory, and then was sent, along with the neck, to the "ex CS" guy for the paint work.

The pickguard is a stock Fender Strat pickguard that is merely trimmed back to reshape it.

The line about "ultra-rare vibrato" is hooey. There's nothing particularly spectacular about this guitar at all.
