The guy is in Fairfield. He paints custom cars and hot rods. He has sprayed many cars and trucks in this area. I show a '69 Camaro and have gotten to know him thru others at local shows. I don't know if he has done other guitars. I caught him in the middle of big job on an old pickup. I think he was happy to do my bass body as a change of pace. I have a Limited Edition FDP Hot Rodded American Precision Bass in Surf Green, #10 of 12! It also has a matching painted headstock.

I bought this bass in 2007 from it's original owner.

Had to make my own, though the only thing anywhere near a P-bass is the 51 P single coil.
