Yes they are! Congratulations. 6120 is my favorite Gretsch. Best I might ever do is a 5120 someday.

Ah yes. A detailed setup is better than any modification you can do to a guitar. Better than new pickups, even. Probably the best money spent on a guitar you currently have in your quiver.

You're right Peegoo :)

It's just taken me a long time to realise it.

I have to do my own, and I'm not that good at it.

Nobody in town I'd let loose on my 6120.

Otherwise I'd have to drive 60+ miles, one way, and it's not worth it with gas prices this high.

I suppose I'll get better at it. Mine is a 2010 so it doesn't need much. Just the basics.

Hello Ryder

My trip was about 110 miles one way, one of reasons it took so long to get done.

Worth it tho'

Had the 6120 out for the last few days and it really does sound and feel good !!!

The only guitar I have flatwounds on and it also makes a nice change.

But you guys here already know these guitars are good :)

That is fantastic. A good tech is like gold. They are worth what they ask for services. Donuts and coffee also help!

Intonation isn't hard to do, but fret and nut jobs need someone with better skills than (me or I, you pick!)
