Wonder if you could call them?

Perhaps you could adjust it at the input device you use - you probably go to a mixer or something from the Helicon, right?

Good luck!

The create I have I setup as follows.
1- sing as load as you will performing and set the input on the create so the imput light stays green.

2- then on the mixer set the input so you have a good feed and you are not clipping.

That's it you're good to go.

Thanks for your input guyz. Set the input just below clipping and that is fine but the output is very hot. My problem is really that Im plugging it into my california blond xlr jack. I do solo performances. The california blond gain has to be set very very low. Almost not opening it up at all. Its like the XT is designed for line level inputs into a mixer. I guess I just have to live with it.

Nah, a small mixer would do the trick.
