Not a Fender...It looks like a copy of a Gibson L6S, with some modifications....
"could it be any good?"
Maybe, maybe not.

Ibanez made a copy of the L6-S, but they looked identical to the Custom. Never seen a pickguard like that one...

When you ask "could it be any good" are you asking whether it plays and sounds good or are you asking whether it might have a collectible value. If your question is playing and sounding then the only way to tell is to play it yourself. If the question is whether it is collectible and hence having some financial value then the answer is no - it appears to be a collection of mostly non-Fender parts from different kinds of guitars.

Three South Korean factories churned out zillions of guitars like this in the 70s and 80s. Gibson-style guitars with Fender logos, Fender-style guitars with Gibson logos, etc.
The Japanese were a little more proud (and a little bolder), and made dead-on copies of US-brand guitars, but they stuck their own brand names on them. Ibanez was famous for this, closely followed by Alvarez and others. This led up to the so-called "lawsuit" label on Ibanez Les Paul copies. There was never any lawsuit...but implying it adds to the mystique and drives up sale prices on these guitars. They are very good Les Paul copies--much higher quality than many US-made Gibsons of the time.
But back in Korea...there were even guitars marked Gitson, Splender, etc. All vague attempts to avoid "issues" overseas.
Some of these counterfeits are very very good guitars. Some are junky.
The beauty of these guitars is they can usually be had really cheaply, and with a little TLC and some imagination, be turned into a killer tonestick deluxe that is unlike any other in the world. Play it out at jams and gigs, and guitar players will ask, "what IS that...thing?"
