FDP Forum / Sing, Sing, Sing! - Vocalist's Forum / Need help with harmonies in "You're still the one" by Shania Twain

So I'm helping my 15 year old students doing a school play kind of thing, where they are performing this song. I have plenty of decent singers, but I struggle showing them how to sing the harmonies in the choruses. I've watched some great youtube live performances of the song with Allison Krauss.

Anyone here able to help me with how this is sung? To me it sounds like an important note is the E flat going through the first three chords (Eb Ab Fm), but surely there must be more to this?

I'd really appreciate some help!
