A Piece for Assorted Lunatics

Making it simple. Went to a metal concert couple months ago,screamed too much. I think I damaged something. I lost at least an octave. Thought it would heal on its own,it hasnt. I have also been smoking cheap cigs. Have I done permanent damage,suggestions?
