The music sounds real good and I like the tone of the electric guitar in the intro. I am not convinced yet that the melody and vocal treatment matches the backing tracking during the verses. I wish I had a more concrete suggestion, but it was just an feeling.

I would swap the drums out, they sound pretty canned.

It's still a good tune.

The drums most likely are "canned" on that recording ... Quite a bit of the stuff Mike records is done with minimal equiptment usually a guitar and a keyboard.
