There’s a small music store in New York City that did a small repair on my friend’s Sequential Circuits Prophet-5 a few years ago. They might be able to handle it, or at least refer you to another resource who can.

Also, the service page on Moog’s site lists a couple of parts resources in New York and California that might be worth contacting. Good luck with your repair.

You might want to search out John Frondelli. They're in the apple and do a lot of syth repairs, I believe, and John's top shelf all the way.

You could try the sonic doctor, Mike Iodice. If he can't help, he could point you in the right direction.

"Mike attended Moog Music University in Buffulo, NY where He learned patch cord synthesizer and Bode Vocoder programming from Berklee Music Synthesis Professor Dr. Tom Rhea along side the late Dr. Bob Moog, the inventor of the synthesizer for the purpose of selling the instruments for local retailers.

Mike Programmed and performed on MOOG, ARP, Roland and many other vintage keyboards and synthesizers used on a few albums including movie soundtracks and commercial jingles produced by Boston's Greater Media's Tony Baglio."
