BTTT, So should we start discussing a Motown 2006 Fall FDP Jam? Maybe at night this time?

I'm in, what can I do to help?

I volunteer to copy some of the songs that get suggested. Also to bring a bass amp so Robert doesn’t have to lug all his gear. As long as he posts some more video!

I'm in as a drummer.

If we do a night jam, would that eliminate the Corktown Tavern as the venue or would we be the entertainment for the evening?

I can book Corktown afternoon or evening as long as I give them enough advanced notice. As it sits right now to book Corktown at night for an early fall Jam, I think we will need to have more people commit to coming than the last one.

I'm thinking middle to late September? So let's see some people throw in here and I'll book the bar. And let us know if you prefer an afternoon jam (out by 8:00) or an early evening jam like 7:00 (out when we are done).

Pepler, let me know if you are coming because I will try to make sure to get some hard rock players to come. I think it is about time we hear you do your thing...

My vote is for evening so we can jam as long as we want.

Count me in. Because of travel, I haven't been able to go to either of the previous jams, but I'd like to play with the band this next time if at all possible.

And I'm just a bass player, just looking to play with other folks.
I can bring the GK head, but the
speaker case hopefully will be there -- ?

One thing I need, though, is a setlist well ahead of time so
I can at least work out the key and the changes to the ones
I can play!!

Smokin'

I had a blast at the last one, and with a new step-grandbaby on the way, a standing invite to visit downstate. But, alas, Setember I'll be in the middle of, or recovering from, a theatrical production (sound man, not singing or playing) so I can't make any commitments other than a possible last minute trip.
