I'm still waiting for Fender to put the OEM strings on sale in the US. They say it will happen after the NAMM show. BassVIist says that the LaBella flats are the way to go on a BassVI so perhaps I'll save my dimes and nickels and see how they are on my big cat. Welcome to the loyal order, you can consider yourself knighted. :)

It's a better name than "Jaguar VI" though. I mean, doesn't the VI stand for the number of strings? Fine with a bass, but normal jaguars have 6 strings as well, so it's a bit weird. I still vote for the Assmaster.

(Sorry, I'm a bit biblical today).
